    A monthly mailed heirloom subscription that is centered on a thoughtful personal letter, recipe card, hosting notes, curated spotify playlist, and access to the digital extras with link included in mailing.

    (Extras may be included if it fits the monthly theme).

    Correspondence may contain lightly scented materials.

  • The Archive

    For those who prefer to gather digitally, The Archive offers each monthly edition of Sterling Haus Tier 1 delivered in its written form-preserved, intentional, and always within reach. Purchased through Substack.

When will I receive my letter?
I will send out letters by the 20th of each month.

If you subscribe to 'The Archive' (digital version), it will also release on the 20th of each month.

What if I need to cancel my subscription or change the mailing address?
You can log back in to your customer portal and cancel the subscription yourself or email me at jenna@sterlinghaustx.com and I can get that updated for you. Changes need to be made prior to the 20th of each month to take effect.

What happens if I don't receive my letter?
Letters physically mailed will take anywhere from 3-10 days. If it has been longer than that please reach out to me at jenna@sterlinghaustx.com and we will make it right.
